What the Grade 5 Art & Creativity course covers
The last art course is about seeing. Line, texture and shading come first, then perspective and depth. Mughal miniature, calligraphy and blue pottery place that skill in local tradition, and it closes on making a poster.
The Grade 5 Art & Creativity course is two units, taken in order: Seeing Like an Artist and Art Around Us.
The course runs to 4 numbered lessons and 32 written questions, around 20 minutes of teaching. Most families take it over a few weeks. Each attempt draws a different set of questions, so repeating a lesson is practice rather than recall of the answer order.
This is the last Art & Creativity course on the site. Nothing is locked, so if these lessons are easy the next grade is one tap away, and if they are hard the grade below is too.
How Art & Creativity is taught here
Art moves from colour and shape, to pattern, to the crafts that build on both. Children learn primary and secondary colours, then lines and shapes, then repeating pattern, and then simple making with paper, drawing and traditional craft ideas.

Levels and scoring
Each lesson plays at Explorer, Challenger or Champion. Only first-try answers count towards stars, so a retry never inflates a score, and a lesson is mastered at 90 percent at Challenger or above. See how a lesson works for the full explanation.

4 lessons and 32 questions, about 20 minutes of teaching. There is no streak to maintain and no deadline, so it can be done in one sitting or spread out.
What age is Grade 5 Art & Creativity for?
Ages 9 to 10 is the guide, but go by what your child can already do rather than by age. Nothing is locked for a visitor, so trying the level above or below costs nothing and takes one tap.
